Priority Club Rewards survey

Is it just me or is this galling to others as well?

I received an e-mail today from "Priority Club Rewards" telling me that "Your Opinion Counts".

Here's the body of the e-mail:

We value your feedback, which is why we’d like you to participate in a short Priority Club® Rewards survey. Please respond by March 31, 2012, and receive 250 Priority Club® points!

I generally do not have a problem filling out a survey.  I've run businesses before and realize how valuable some feedback can be.  There were two things about this survey, however, that were particularly galling.

1.  No "status" bar or percentage.  I had no way to know whether they wanted to ask me one question, five questions or 500 questions.  The only hint was the word "short" which can be very subjective (especially when it came to THIS particular survey, read on).

2.  The screens took an EXCRUCIATINGLY long time to load.  It got to the point where I would submit one page and while waiting for the next page to load, I would go get a cup of coffee, visit the loo, go to dinner, have more kids... ANYTHING to make the time pass more swiftly.

OK, <rant mode off>

[ Edited ]

Just came back from running a marathon and the survey is still not on the second question.

I stared my run after completing question 1.

Re: Priority Club Rewards survey

I had no problems filling it in and found it very quick. Have a feeling that this may well be a computer server problem with IHG not expecting so many responses so quickly.

Re: Priority Club Rewards survey

Hi Everyone -

I know the survey was running REALLY slow yesterday, but we've contacted the vendor and it's running much faster.

If you didn't have the opportunity to finish it yesterday because of the speed issue, I encourage you to re-try it again today.

Thanks!

Re: Priority Club Rewards survey

Hi Carolyn. Did take the survey. I'm not sure if this survey sees to many positive responses.
With all the problems that PCR was and still is experiencing with their website, this survey might have come a little bit to soon.

The website needs a lot of improvement.  I give a fair rating to it.

Re: Priority Club Rewards survey

I have received surveys in the past, but none where I get 250 points for doing so.     Is there a link to this survey?   I wouldn't mind participating.

Thanks.
