This hotel should be removed from the brand.  The rooms were dirty.  The lobby was nice, with all of the new HIE decor.  The pillows on the beds were in the Stay Smart cases, but all felt the same, and seemed to be very old.  I called the desk and told them that my bed was broken.  The head of the bed was almost touching the floor.  The desk clerk said that there was nothing she could do, and suggested that I sleep with my head at the other end of the bed.  The service was awful, I will not return.  They did have fresh cookies for me at check-in.
