Jenni,

Where ARE the answers, or at lease some response either video or thread responses to the questions we all posted so long ago.

You think this helps? Opening another thread about not getting answers from Mr. Sickel. Just shows him that we're a bunch of impatient folks. Looking through all the requests we've made it just shows that responses from the PCC moderators comes in s l o w ! !

Rick,

He is a corporate executive and is in the process of answering some of the questions...Please hold tight!!! The original thread that Claire started was to brainstrom, and gather thoughts & questions IF one had the chance to ask him a question.. I can't wait either. : )

As you read down the thread- Jennie states the video with answers to some questions ill be posted... so it is not just a brainstorming thread.

It may have begun that way but ...expectations were set in September..

Of course, we are all busy with work and life, when I asked, I thought Jennie would be giving a little insight..did not mean to pressure you...

Rick -

Getting questions to the answers absolutely remains a priority. The challenge with the video was that when we were shooting it, we hadn't yet received many questions to ask him. I'm doing my best to get you guys some answers (even if in written form) as soon as I can.

Just curious, do you get value out of the videos we post in the Priority Club Connect Blog or would you always prefer to see everything "in writing"?

Jenni, I don't mind the video blogs and I think they're a nice tool to promote some of the new IHG enhancements. But when it comes to responding to our questions I would prefer a written statement. I think producing a video takes longer than providing the answer to our questions in writing.
