Not just the priority club, but hotel operators as well. I've been reading the board for a few months. I recently got promoted to Assistant General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express I work at, and I have found information on the board very very useful. It has helped me especially with Platinum members. I can check the board and know what everyone is looking for in their room, through their status, etc. and train the employees in how to deliver it.
