Are Priority Club discussions monitored?

Do Priority Club employees participate, monitor or moderate here at Priority Club Connect?

Yes, discussions are moderated and viewed for questions, content, and approriateness...

Not just the priority club, but hotel operators as well.  I've been reading the board for a few months.  I recently got promoted to Assistant General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express I work at, and I have found information on the board very very useful.  It has helped me especially with Platinum members.  I can check the board and know what everyone is looking for in their room, through their status, etc. and train the employees in how to deliver it.

You are a great employee, and wise.

How sad though that YOU had to figure out the best way to handle Priority Platinum Elite members instead of being trained by IHG !

Should you visit my latest blog you will see  how IHG executives interact with our Forum. There is great interest and actions have been taken on some of our discussions
