Who are we?

Do we see ourselves as Guests, customers or just strangers who pass through?

Re: Who are we?

I consider myself a customer because I am paying for the right to stay in the hotel.

As such, I should be treated with respect, and be given p-o-i-n-t-s!

Re: Who are we?

In reality a customer, but as a pretty frequent user of IHG, enjoy the aspects of the loyalty program which makes you feel like a welcomed guest...for the same reasons would be disappointed if I was made to feel like a stranger...

2.Informal. a person one has to deal with: a tough customer; a cool customer.

Re: Who are we?

Well, I STILL have a tough time feeling like a guest when I have to PAY. (That  term 'pay' includes using my points.)

Re: Who are we?

Big questions asked by our British friends. The Who asked 'who are you?' and it was already answered by Dr. Hook 'We are big rock singers, we got golden fingers........'   Sorry, couldn't pass bringing this up. Every time I see this thread this comes to my mind. Lol
