Crowne Plaza Darwin, Oz

Outstanding service from all the staff from receptions to the bar staff and a couple of the managers. Couldn't recomend this hotel highly enough to anyone.

I stayed in the CP Darwin for a total of 68 nights from 7th June this year.

The staff couldn't be more helpful in any way requested from local knowledge to helping out with local restraunt bookings nothing was too much hassle.

All of the staff on reception were outstanding in their customer service. Every time I spoke with them they always met me with a smile and had time to talk with me.

I also had my girlfriend out with me for a few weeks and one of the managers (Michelle I think) arranged for an upgrade to the presidential suite for the last week of her stay for a small additional charge which was greatly appreciated.

The weekly drinks on a Wednesday night were also a great occasion to meet other guests and meet with the hotel staff.

I would definitely recomend this hotel to anyone based on the customer service from the front of house staff alone.
