Greetings from Maine

Greetings from Maine. I manage three customer support teams located in Maine and Wisconsin so I travel mostly to the Midwest, specifically Milwaukee, WI where our corporate office is located.

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Brown Deere. Reena Khan has been doing a fantatic job making my stays enjoyable. Hotel is clean, neat, and centrally located. Internet is usually reliable and free. Culvers Burger Joint next door in case I don't feel like going on an adventure to find a meal.

Re: Greetings from Maine

Hello!

Glad to see that the staff is taking care of you as you travel for business! That is the best part about staying within the same brand-making connections with the hotel.  Nice to see you have a burger joint nearby. Burgers & cinnamon rolls what a combo

How's the weather in Maine currently?

Respectfully,

Amanda Kehoe

Re: Greetings from Maine

Craig,

Yeah I'm familiar with the humidity-gross!!  My hair doesn't do that well in the humidity here in Atlanta. Glad to hear about the scenery around the hotel...I consider myself a foodie & like to get out to try all kinds of places and cuisines. The Y is a great place with great people. Do the HI hotels you have stayed in have any kind of fitness room?

Re: Greetings from Maine

I enjoy the Georgia Mountains here and hiking along the Applachian Trail. When the weather calms down in November, it's time to break out the hiking gear and hop in the car. My family is from Asheville, North Carolina and the Carolinas offer some great outdoor spots..

Taking a trip to the mountains and stopping for BBQ along the way is heaven

See ya,

Amanda Kehoe

Re: Greetings from Maine

Welcome to the group Craig!

I have a question for you.. since you are in the Customer Service business, how do you feel the CSR group handles the priority club customers?Have you called the Priority Club Platinum Elite phone number?  What is your experience with that group if you have called?

In UK it is an 0870 number that may have a surcharge on the price of the call.
