Candlewood Suites happily recognizes Platinum Elite Status and goes the distance to ensure customer satisfaction - at least that is how it looks to me.  Here are some key features that made my stay great:

LOCATION:  Naperville Technology Corridor in the western Chicago suburbs is thriving....and the Candlewood Suites is centrally located and about a block from the two main corridor thoroughfares....key location but quiet too.

SUITES:  Great consistency to other Candlewood Suites for room layout, furniture and amenities.  Rooms, lobby and grounds look new.  Management obviously takes pride in the appearance this location... may be to match the high level of pride throughout Naperville, Illinois.

STAFF:  Professionalism abounds.  I encountered about four different staff and the sales manager during my stay and everyone was genuine, thoughtful, empowered and perfectly professional.  The sales manager (Millie) is a superb communicator who established instant rapport and trust.  I appreciated Millie's willingness to listen and help me with accommodations for an upcoming event.

IHG got it right at the Candlewood Suites in Naperville, Illinois
