I have been a member of priorityclub as a royal ambassador and platinum elite top tier member for over 5 years. I have stayed in over 50 diferent hotels and spent well over $150,000 in hotel charges with priorityclub.
i have recently had my account closed for NO REASON and all points removed from my account and told to send a letter to your legal team. I only tried to buy points from the authorized priorityclub website for future stays.
I have called and tried to contact 14 diferent senior rep with ihg and priority club and everyone passes the buck.
I have enjoyed priorityclub and its loyality program for many years and this recent treatment is very very disturbing to say the least.
I have done nothing wrong and nobody wants to talk or help me. I am requesting someone please get back to me urgently.
I know 11 royal ambassadors and 2 hotel owners with priorityclub and have yet to mention this disturbing problem to anyon in the hopes to fix it but until now nobody has helped.
If needed I will use all the tools at my reach to make a " out of principle" point about how you treat your top tier loyal members.
I only want my account reactivated and the points which are mine returned.
It seems someone in latin america office has made a mig mistake closing my account for no reason.
